The sheets have good toughness and environmental stress crack properties and are a rigid material that resists dents and cracking. These sheets accept pressure sensitive vinyl films,screen inks, lettering enamels, and digital imaging. Creases easily in sheets below .040 thickness. Can be sawed, sheared, knife and die cut. All of our dimensions are NOMINAL. There is a tolerance of (+/-)1/8" or 0.118" We also can do custom cuts, a minimum of 10 pieces. We cannot cut anything under 6".
