Description: Here's a very nice 6-7/8" WHITE DOT SHEAFFER desk pen in black. It is a pen only.. with no base The pen marked near the top on the black, SHEAFFER'S, MADE IN U.S.A. For trim, it has a single very thin gold filled ring separating the taper and barrel. Black plastic is in very good condition. The pen is a Touchdown filler that moves smoothly enough and takes up lots of ink, but most is expelled on the downstroke. Some remains, but new seals will likely be required to hold a full load of ink. The nib is an excellent inlaid 14K SHEAFFER'S MADE IN USA. It appears to be a fine, firm nib with full tip material.
