I have been doing this for decades and growing them. I only collect directly from "Pelleted" petunia's that I personal grow. Pelleted seeds have a coating on them to increase the size to make it easier when growing. Unpelleted seeds are VERY tiny, maybe the size of a pepper grain (this is what you will get). I do find sometimes colors may vary somewhat, but are always beautiful. All seeds are carefully packaged in either seed packs or hard plastic vials (for pelleted seeds) and are mailed in protective bubble mailers. I can control making sure you receive fresh seeds; however, the germination depends on the soil, sun, heat, moisture, personal care etc., this I cannot control.
