Description: Vintage topsy turvy, flip doll, one side white, one side black. Fabrics are vintage, presumed 40's. There is a small amount of very faded lines on the white doll's face as if at one point in time she had a drawn on face, visible on both sides. There is some staining and wear to the fabric dresses and at the top seam of the white head. Feels like a cotton filling. Overall about 13" long. In as found condition.
