Description: Offered is this vintage "Royal Stetson" fedora hat, made by the John B. Stetson Co. The hat has a brown surface that feels like thin velvet and has a brown ribbon a slightly lighter shade than the hat. There is a Stetson "7/8" size label. In addition to the Stetson logo in gold on the inside it is also marked "Paul's Men's Shop Jesup, Georgia", also in gold. I don't know how old the hat is; I could not find any reference to the Jesup shop, which is apparently no longer in operation. The hat is in good condition. I see no damage to the outside and it looks clean. There is some light wear to the inside band and some light soiling and wear to the top of the inside.
