Description: I have no idea how to test the amp. Selling for parts/as is. No returns on this item. There are some signs of wear. There is paint chipping and it looks like a couple rust spots of the chassis. Please see pics. The guy I bought the amps from claimed they worked. I bought them on the assumption they wouldn't work.
