VINTAGE S.RAY THUNDERBIRD STERLING & TURQUOISE OVAL BELT BUCKLE, 4" X 3", VG

Description: Please see the listing photos for condition. This previously owned belt buckle shows some wear from use and age. There are several tiny, light scratches and tiny spots of tarnish. It weighs 3.8 ounces (107 grams) and it measures 4" x 3". It fits a belt up to 1 3/4 inches wide. I do not know when it was made. It is not marked STERLING or 925, but other jewelry made by the artist S. Ray is made of sterling silver and turquoise. Nothing sticks to a magnet. The lines of the design are etched into the silver and the turquoise stones are inlaid. I could not find another belt buckle by S. Ray for sale so it could be rare. Any information about this buckle or the artist would be appreciated. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
