Description: Please see photos for confirmation of measurements, this is what I see: Jacket:Shoulders ~16"Pit to Pit ~19"Sleeve ~23.25"Length ~23.5" Skirt:Waist ~13.5"Hips ~20.5"Length ~20" It is in excellent condition in my opinion. No holes, no stains, no flaws that I can see except, unfortunately, missing size label. Jacket pockets are half sewn closed, you can put a couple fingers in them. It has no give. The seller is paying for your dishonesty. If you have truly been flat out lied to by a seller, by all means, file that claim, provide your evidence, and get your well deserved refund. But an intentional false claim is a crime and perpetrators should be punished to the full extent of the law.
