Edges all look good, with no chips and appear to have the factory grind on them. I believe these are cobbler's knives. There is a slight curve side to side, and across the length. These are in as-found condition. They certainly could use a light steel wooling and some oiling and should clean up well, or ready to use as-is. Please see picts or ask questions.
