It's in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. It was likely produced in the early 1960s. The young woman mask represents Ko-Omote, as best we understand. This has the original hanging string and screw top. Bottom stamp on back of decantor reads FINE PORCELAIN SEYEI JAPAN The is empty but if you smell inside, it has an apricot brandy odor.
