The surrounding clear/white stones test to hard glass or light crystal, which is consistent with vintage simulated diamonds before lab diamonds were invented. Beautiful setting and high-quality sterling silver. Extremely well made with care & craftsmanship. Uncertain of age, but it reminds me of 1980s style. It could be older. The size is between 4.75 & 5.
