It features a belt buckle style adjustment mechanism. This one has plenty of extra length, and a wide range of adjustment, so it could be used for baritone sax, in addition to alto or tenor. This strap is in overall very good used condition with normal wear and tear. The felt on the inside of the neck pad is a little dirty, but the leather is not cracked.
