Description: Vintage large lot 200+ Typed Clipped Handwritten Recipe Cards Box 1940 - 80's; Comes in H.B. Box - as old if not older than the recipes. Solid maple embroidery cotton storage box. Measures 7 1/4" long x 2 1/2" deep x 1 1/2" tall. Inside is 6 7/8" long x 2" deep x 1 1/4" tall. Sides are 3/16" thick maple joined using the barefaced housing joint for strength. Original brass hardware doesn't completely latch. There are a few 1990's but mostly 50's & 60's including Dear Abby's Chocolate Cake from 1955 Magazine Please review photos carefully; Several are well worn, and box does not latch completely
