Vintage "Hall" Porcelain Hand Store Glove Jewelry Display 9098 Mold Exc White

Description: This mid-century, or earlier, porcelain hand with forearm was manufactured by the Hall China Company. The Hall China Company is located in East Liverpool, Ohio, United states and was started by Robert Hall in 1903. This hand is 14 1/2" tall and 4 1/4" wide. It is marked "HALL 9098" on the side. It is also marked 0-438 on the bottom. I believe it was once used as a store display for gloves. I think this is the left hand, but it seems it could be used for either a right or left hand glove. Similar hands were molds used in the manufacture of gloves. Those are usually stamped with a size, this one has no glove size on it. It has no damage - no chips, no cracks and no crazing. Leaving cleaning to buyer. Great to use to display gloves, handerchieves or jewelry. Please review all photos as they are an important part of the description.
