Description: This is a stunning vintage Fenton cranberry opalescent hobnail hurricane lamp. The cranberry opalescence has a particularly beautiful transition. Nice deep cranberry coming into a lighter cranberry/pink. This lamp has a very attractive leaf motif base. Rather rare crimped top of the body (neck) of the lamp. The lamp is large, measuring 26 1/2" in height to the top of the chimney, and 23" to the top of the shade. The circumference of the lamp is 26 1/2". The circumference of the shade is 26 1/2", and measures 6 1/4" in diameter at the top. The shade alone weighs just under six pounds. The cord measures 72" in length. The base of the lamp is marked "SSNY 1259". The lamp can be turned on with both a light in the top and bottom on, or the bottom and top parts alone. With just the body of the lamp on it creates beautiful nightlight. The entire lamp is in outstanding condition, not one flaw. NOTE: Please feel free to ask for a precise shipping rate.
