Here are the items included: Drawer set (missing one leg/foot) Dining room table (one small slice missing from top/needs refinishing) China Hutch (one curved leg missing) Rocking chair (one rocker foot needs fixing) Small piano (top needs regluing, black finish is quite worn) Piano stool (finish worn) Fireplace mantle (this is of plaster of paris and there are several small edge chips; could be repaired and refinished) I'm including a few metal pieces that go to a doll house, but I'm not sure what they are as well as a blue pottery jug.
