The spool shuttle style bobbin is wound and loaded, but required finger pressure and patience to get it done properly. The thread holder is not original. There are scratches in the surface as seen in the close up pic. Unit does NOT come with case, manual, batteries or 110v adapter. Unit does come with partially loaded and installed bobbin.
