Description: This is a vintage Case 9261 “Senator Penknife” pattern pocket knife. Unusual Case pattern with a master spear blade and a “cuticle” secondary blade.The tang stamp is CASE XX 1940-1964.The knife is 2-7/8” closed with nickel silver tip bolsters, liners, and pins. The blade steel is CV (carbon) steel.Both blades have strong snap.The spear blade has slight wobble. The "cracked ice" imitation pearl handles have no cracks or damage.Carried and used, very lightly sharpened, blades are each full with patina, minor specks.
