There is a hook near the center back for a black bead dangle that originally came with the earrings. I do not have these. Earrings are approx. 1 1/2" long and 1" at widest point. These are large post style statement earrings!The ring is size 7 . Overall cameo is approx. 1 1/4' long and 1" at widest. These are in good pre-owned vintage condition.
