Description: This was my mother's gold pin that she had converted to a pendant. In the center is a rose with a ruby on the flower and two diamond chips on the leaves. The chips were photographing blue but they are definitely clear. It is stamped what looks to me like 15CT, which was a British gold purity used between 1854 and 1931. (*See below for more information.) Her note (photo #2) states that she believed the pin is circa 1860s to 1880s. Mom added a marked Italy 14K delicate shorter choker length necklace (about 15-1/2"). I am not an expert, but I believe chokers are normally 16." The jump ring is marked 585, and the tiny tag Italy 585 and 307. (Stamps described to the best of my ability.) Shipping: I will ship wrapped in tissue paper so the necklace does not get tangled, placed in the Jared's hard sided brown presentation box pictured (last photo), in a clean recycled box with large cushion tissue paper. Thanks for looking. *More info about British gold marks: https://www.langantiques.com/university/hallmarks-on-period-jewelry/
