I do not have a vhs or proper tv with jacks to try out. So I got as far as connecting the ac charger with battery on it and turning it on. So it does have power, that is as far as I got with it. It does have attachments coming with it and 2 batteries, and charge. Everything you see in the pictures is coming with it, however it is coming as is, which is why I listed it for parts because I am not for sure if it works.
