Description: Veterans Administration mug with their logo in blue. This was made by Tepco China. It is a nice heavy restaurant ware. This is a revised version of the seal that was adopted in 1946. The 1930 date refers to the independent federal agency created in 1930. It measures approximately 3 1/4" high and 4 1.2" across including the comfortable handle. The base is marked "Tepco China U.S.A.". It's in good shape with no chips or cracks. It does have some rough spots from manufacturing and the logo isn't centered.
