Description: Very Fine 18~19th Century Korean MinHwa Longevity Symbols #5 on Jangji Paper (Special paper made from rice mulberry paper) and Hand Painted using Natural Pigment). There is number 5 written on back so I can only assume this painting was part of a 8 panel screen series. I believe we only have 2 pieces of this series so we are selling them individually. Painter is unknown and most likely painted by an anonymous artist. Korean MinHwa or folk paintings were often painted by an anonymous artist. Painting is unframed and was most likely detached from screen panel or scroll at some point. Item is in good condition overall with an expected wear, creases, staining, water stain, folds, smudge, rip and tear. Please see photos. Dimensions: 48.2"H x 16.10"W Weights approximately 1 lb or less When and if possible painting will be rolled up for packaging. We do combine shipping or offer shipping discount on multiple items.
