Mounted on a plaque base made of Knotty Pine the bayonet is suspended in the upright position by a Stud Guide Assembly which recreates the same dimensions as the original Lug Assembly. A PVC/Dowel support is also used to secure the bayonet with the barrel Ring and the Stud Guide Assembly. Each plaque is sanded then the trim is stained a Honey Brown on the trim and the top is stained/painted a complimentary black. Then the plaue receives 2 coats of Polyurathene for a fine furniture finish.These stands will look great in any room of your home! Oval base plate measures 7.0" x 9.0" x 3/4" and includes felt "feet" on the bottom to protect furniture.New design replaces PVCbarrel with one piece PLA Plastic barrel for ease of assembly and a sleeker look. The only tool necessary is a Phillips screwdriver able to work with small 2.5x10mm screws. All other parts are press fit and provide a sturdy and stable support. Although sometimes wood glue is necessary for a tight fit. Wood Glue is not included. Assembly time is less than 7 minutes. (40 seconds once you know how to do it!) Please make sure your displays are safe and kept out of the reach of children.
