Weight can be influenced by: 1. Purchasing more than one item from the same listing due to weight increase. 2. Please see the specified listing for multiple copy purchases of the same item. 3. There may be instances where shipping charges can be spread over two or more envelopes to keep within the 3 oz limit. Packages over 3 oz and exceeding $20 will have USPS or some other service based on weight and size rates. B. COMBINING SHIPPING I do support combining shipping costs. How to do this? 1.
