I looked into it and it appears PSA mislabeled these as 1924 Parker brothers until they learned more about the card and have since started labeling them as 1935 Whitman Party Stunts Cards. How the PSA labeling error came to be is unknown to me but it is a mistake. Never the less there are only 31 total of this card graded through PSA, regardless of label. 21 graded as an 8, only 10 higher. It is a very rare card. Shipped First Class, unprotected.
