When I got this book many years ago it had no dust jacket. I found here on eBay, a new facsimile jacket, which I purchase and put on the book. It looks dynamite! So that the facsimile jack won't be confused with an original jacket the name Kaplan has purposely been misspelled with an "m" instead of an "n" on the face and spine.
