Published is softcover wraps--this copy is missing the paper spine backstrip and the rear cover. It also appears that a front endpapers (that were likely blank) were removed at some point. The index at the end of the contains listings through "U" and it quite possible a page is missing at the end of the index. The remainder of the book is present, clean, and complete. This is a Fair copy, at best. Measures 3 1/4 X 5, 156 pages. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE ANY OTHER ORIGINAL COPIES OF THIS 1813 REGISTER IN ALL OF MY INTERNET SEARCHES!!! A few later editions appear and are being offered for upwards of $100!! Earlier Registers are selling for upwards of $180!!!!!!
