Description: Atari 2600 Woodgrain Console (NTSC) Hybrid Sunnyvale USA 4/6 Switch Rare Light Woody. Tested and working great! This would be a great addition to a collection. Console only, with an RF connector adapter for your TV. PLEASE ask any questions before bidding, and closely view the photos and read the description: Now for the Atari geeky stuff. This console is a little complicated. This is a quite rare 4 Switch model made in Sunnyvale, California. Nearly all other 4 switch models were made in Taiwan. What makes it even more rare is that it has a Hybrid case. This case has the serial label missing, but it does have two Sunnyvale heat stamps of 011 and 021, so it was manufactured the first couple weeks of January 1981. The case has six screw holes for a six switch model (4 switch models only have 4) but it also has the two internal case prongs to hold the 4 switch board. It also has the channel selector hole on the base for a six switch model, but the 4 switch model has that on the back of the console. The bottom rear joystick and power plug holes exist for a six switcher, but are taped over with a flat black metallic sticker. The board itself shows it was made in the United States, Atari Innovative Leisure 1980, and Revision 8. Shipped with extra care and lots of bubble wrap in a good cardboard box.
