Also, we have upgraded the small carbon filter to 10L Still Spirits EZfiler which has better filtration results and a bigger bucket than the small air still filter. To compare with the essential kit, the 30L fermenter, you can make 20L - 25L wash and make 4-6 batches for distillation so that you don't need to wait a long time for fermentation. The copper parrot small will work perfect with the air still. With the parrot, you can see the ABV% dynamically so that you can judge what the quality of spirits is distilling.
