The Staub Enameled Cast Iron Grill & Press weighs 16 lbs and has a heat resistance of up to 500 degrees. This ridged grill and press cooks both sides at once. Simply preheat the press, then place atop the food for stunning results. Multicolor enameling creates a glossy, vibrantly colored "majolique" finish that resembles fine ceramics. The pan is 12" square on the outside and 10-1/2" on the inside and 1-3/4" high. The press is 10-1/2" Square to fit inside the pan. Rough texture results in exceptional browning Dishwasher safe. An estate sale find, I was told this item was used once. It's in like new condition. There are a few fine scratches on the bottom of the pan and the label does have burnt edges that tells me it was on an open flame. There's also a glazing burp that has an uneven edge-see attached pics. I cleaned it and it is in ready to use condition! Please take a look at all attached pictures for more detail.
