Bully brand PVC figure made in West Germany circa 1970s. The Bully brand is more highly sought after by collectors. 🏴☠️ Smurf is in overall GREAT vintage condition. White portions still look remarkably white. There are a few small marks on the figure and some dings on the back of the sword handle.
