We have a video showing the remote is working but remember you need to put two AAA batteries (not supplied) and after you place your own batteries you have to power on and press button C so the remote pairs with the unit. You have to repeat the process everytime you replace the batteries only. Setup: USB is input #1. On a computer use the included cable or your own USB cable and plug it to the bottom USB port on the DAC. No more connection needed. On Windows 10/11 you can download the SMSL Sanskrit 10th driver. In Linux is plug and play but you have to do your research on how to setup some fearures like reset the unit. Digital Coaxial is input #2 plug your own Digital Coaxial cable and power the unit using the upper USB port on the device. Digital Optical (Toslink) is input #3 plug your own cable ans power uo the unit using the upper USB port on the device.
