In 1965, Larry Keenan was a just starting his career as a photographer and since he had a friendship with Michael McClure, he got the assignment that day to photograph Dylan and Ginsberg who were visiting.The edition was very limited, and they were not numbered Keenan, and they sold out quickly. It measures 8.5 x 11 inches.This copy belonged to Joanna McClure who was a close friend of Keenan as was Michael McClure who was photographed by Keenan multiple times. A copy with such a strong Beat association does not come to market very often. Only copy for sale.Joanna McClure, 94 was married to Michael McClure for 33 years.
