I don't know a ton about cameras but this looks to be in good overall condition. I looked through the lens with a flashlight both forward and reverse. When I looked through this backwards with the flashlight - it looked like sandpaper inside. I then took it outside with a magnify glass and it looks like that "sandpaper" type of uniform design is dome shaped in the center of the lens. I hope that makes sense. I have a feeling that is as designed since it's uniform. I made no attempt to clean the lens at all since I was yelled at years ago so now I don't clean any of my cameras that I may come across at local estate sales in any way.
