Description: Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight backpacking tent from about 1995. Complete original set: Includes tent, rainfly, poles. stakes, guylines, pitching instructions, and sack. Ground cloth/footprint not included (but recommended). Note: this is not a freestanding tent. You stake the base at 4 points and then insert the poles. Fly attaches with clips and uses 3 staked guylines plus 2 stakes for vestibule. Nine stakes included. Weight of complete set (including poles and stakes, and sack) is under 3 pounds, 15 ounces. Zippers, bungees (in poles), and various clips and grommets are all in excellent shape. No holes in mesh, floor, fly—not one! Seams in floor and fly were sealed and appear to be in good shape. Mesh zippered door and mesh window at foot. Fly provides good-size vestibule and uses center zipper over mesh door. See pics. Interior is roomy for one person with gear, and tent is suitable for two depending on size (feet go at narrower end) and with storing some gear in the vestibule. I am the original owner. I used it just a handful of times and always stored it in a cool, dark place. My sons didn’t get bit by the backpacking bug, so this needs a new home!
