Description: Here's an infrequently seen pen, the WHITE DOT SHEAFFER LIFETIME cartridge filler. This pen was a continuation of the Imperial pens introduced in 1961 and with the restoration of the Lifetime warranty in 1963, the White Dot Imperial pens were briefly renamed LIFETIME and so marked on both the clip and nib. This pen is 5-3/8" long and has excellent gold filled trim. It is also impressed SHEAFFER'S LIFETIME, MADE IN USA on the cap above the cap ring and again at the top of the barrel. A cartridge filler with a spent cartridge still in place. The 14kt inlay nib also has all the markings. It is in excellent condition, straight with good tip material and probably a broad width and I'm pretty sure it's an italic nib with modest flexibility. A slight rejoinder... This nib is wide enough to be a broad on most nibs. But since it think it is also an italic, it may in fact be only a medium width for an italic, especially since it is not overly flexible.
