Description: This listing is for 12 Serama eggs plus whatever extras I have at the time of purchase! My Seramas were either purchased as adults from the best breeders all over the country, or they were hatched from eggs shipped to me from those breeders. I have smooth, silkied, and frizzle feather types in my flock, so you have the chance of hatching any of them. Seramas are notoriously difficult to hatch. Shipping only heightens the difficulty. I cannot control what happens to the eggs once I drop them off at the post office, but I can guarantee that I will package them the best I can in hopes that they survive the trip. I’ve learned what packaging method has given me the best hatch rates of shipped eggs and will pack them as such. I may be biased, but this is the absolute best breed of chickens to own. They are tiny and sweet. The roosters are extremely affectionate and personable. The hens make great mothers and have been known to go broody often. I can guarantee that the eggs are fertile and fresh (less than 48 hours old) when they leave me. I can’t guarantee that the shipping process will not doom their hatch. Just because an egg does not develop, it does not mean they weren’t fertile. Shipping eggs is a gamble. There’s just too many variables at play. These will be the very same eggs I will hatch if they don’t sell. I test hatch frequently, and I am anywhere from 95% to 100% hatch.
