S-5-VB-47 VersaBracket Mounting Bracket (screws not included) VersaBracket™ can be used to mount almost anything to an exposed-fastened roof system and is compatible with almost any trapezoidal exposed -fastened profile. No messy sealants to apply! No chance for leaks! The VersaBracket comes with factory-applied butyl sealant already in the base, and the S-5!® patented reservoir conceals the sealant from UV exposure, preventing drying and cracks. Installation is simple! VersaBracket is mounted in the flat of the panel, directly into the supporting structure of the roof, i.e. wood decking, wood or steel purlins or trusses. No surface preparation is necessary; simply wipe away excess oil and debris, peel the release paper from the base, align, and apply. Secure through the pre-punched holes using the appropriate screws for the supporting structure. VersaBracket is so strong, it will even support heavy-duty applications like snow retention. For exposed-fastened trapezoidal profiles, the VersaBracket is the perfect match for our ColorGard® snow retention systems (for corrugated roofs use CorruBracket™). VersaBracket is extremely economical and facilitates quick and easy installation. Exchanges or Returns Please contact us before returning or exchanging an item to receive a return authorization (RA). Items returned to us without receiving a return authorization will be returned to you at your expense. We accept exchanges and returns for unopened items or damaged/defective products within 30 days of receipt of shipment. A 20% restocking fee may apply to multiple quantity returns or large ticket items. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all products that ship freight. Exchanges and returns are not accepted after 30 days of receipt of shipment. Unopened Products To make an exchange or return for an unopened product, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization. If the exchanged or returned product is unopened with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and/or shrink wrap, you will be responsible for return shipping. If the product was sold with free shipping, shipping charges to deliver the item will be deducted from the refund amount. A refund to your method of payment will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return minus any applicable shipping charges. Damaged/Defective Products To make an exchange or return for a damaged/defective product, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization. If the product is returned for being damaged/defective, we will provide a return shipping label for domestic shipping costs. If we test and confirm the product is damaged/defective and receive the product along with all original accessories, manuals, and packing, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the product, plus domestic shipping charges, if any, assessed at the time of purchase. International shipping charges, if any, will not be reimbursed. A refund to your method of payment will be processed within one week of receiving an authorized return. If we test and confirm the product is in full working order, a refund will not be provided and you will be responsible for providing a return shipping label to have the product returned to you.
