Up for your consideration is: (2) Grave Sites at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas. These plots are in a very nice part of the city. Located at 13005 Greenville Ave 75243 in Dallas. The 2 plots are side by side, Spaces 2 and 3, Lot 291 Block BGarden of Ascension, Near Wildwood chapel These are the first and only gravesites I will be selling. They were family plots that are no longer wanted. These are in a very nice, central location on the well-maintained grounds of one of Dallas' best final resting places.These graves cost $13,000 apiece when purchased from Restland. I will sell just a single but it will be $6500 and we'll have to set up a different sale. How this works: You pay me for the plots by hitting buy it now. Once the funds have been released to me from Ebay, I will overnight the deeds to Restland's office in Dallas. This cost is included in the sale price. I will pay the transfer fees of $375 each plot to take them out of our names and get ready to transfer to you. Once a transfer date and time have been set, YOU MUST APPEAR at that cemetery to do the deed transfer. Cemeteries do not just mail out deeds. I do not need to be present, but you as the buyer must be present. I will have already provided all paperwork, transfer fee payments to the cemetery so the cemetery can transfer deed in their absence. Only the cemetery personnel can transfer deed. Cemetery property is not Real Estate. You are not purchasing a piece of ground. You are purchasing an Interment Right. The 'Right' to bury someonein that grave space, or mausoleum crypt, or urn niche. Once you have purchased the Interment Right(s), you may have other expenses to the cemetery such as Opening & Closing(s), Vault(s), Marker(s) or Headstone(s). Restland is a perpetual care Cemetery which is always immaculately maintained. Markers are at ground level. POLICY: Please ask before buying if you have any questions.
