"RELIC" TELECASTER Style Guitar w/Fender Squier Pups TELE Vintage/Retro TL*LOOK!

This is a custom built Telecaster style Guitar that's been Relic'd (aged) and modified to somewhat resemble a vintage Telecaster. New full 1-3/4" thick "String-Through" Mahogany Body with a "Coral Pink" finish. It's been distressed, showing a dulled finish, polish swirls, dents, dings & chips to replicate age & playwear from years of use. "ALL" the Hardware has been aged down to every single screw! These are cosmetic modifications only that doesn't affect playability. Has a set of late model Fender Squier single-coil Pickups. The Bridge Pickup is bright with clarity, and the Neck Pickup has a warm Tele tone. I've used Fender Squier Tele Pickups in quite a few builds that I've sold on eBay. They've improved over the years and sound great in this Guitar. Read my "Seller Feedback" from prior Tele Buyers that agree. Built with with full-size 250K Alpha Pots (a brand Fender uses in many of their Guitars) and a quality Mallory Cap. Has a vintage style string-through Ash-Tray Bridge/Tail Piece, a new Tortoiseshell Pickguard that looks great against the Coral Pink finish, that adds to the vintage/retro appearance, that's been aged. Has a new Chrome Neck Plate, also aged.New "Canadian Maple Neck" with a 22 medium fret Rosewood Fretboard. 25.5" scale, 9.5" radius, 1-11/16" nut-width. To further improve playability, the Fretboard has been lightly sanded with a very fine grit, then thoroughly buffed to make the Fretboard very smooth, better than it came from the manufacture and plays with ease! *I do this to almost all Guitars I sell, new & used and makes for a significant improvement in playability. Fretboard was then buffed, conditioned with lemon oil and thoroughly buffed again. Frets of course are perfect and have been polished so they're bright & slick. Fret Ends rounded a bit more for a comfortable feel...no sharp Fret-Ends. *Note, the Fretboard wasn't distressed for best playability. Back of the Neck was also sanded to remove some of the clear-coat, sanded with finer grits until smooth, buffed, oiled, then thoroughly buffed again. *Back of the Neck wasn't distressed either, for great playability. There aren't any dents or dings. It's "ultra-smooth" and fast! Headstock has a vintage style water-slide decal applied, then entire Headstock sealed with Lacquer and aged. Has new quality vintage style Inline Tuners with slotted-shafts, also aged.Strung up with a fresh set of quality D'Addario 10-46 Strings (the Brand most Pros use & the only Strings I use) and a complete set-up done including: truss-rod relief, low action, intonation & Pickup heights. Great playing and sounding Tele with a vintage/retro appearance and an affordable alternative! Like most of my Relic Guitars, the intention was to make it look like an "under the bed find" of an old, well-used Vintage Guitar. If you like the popular Relic look, I'm sure you'll LOVE this Tele! Has a vintage appearance like it's been played & gigged for years! Weighs 8.0 pounds. I consider Guitars to be "playable Art", with the playability of the Neck & Set-Up of course being key. I'm not a professional Luthier, but well above an amateur & I'm "extremely meticulous"! If you're looking for this type of Guitar, think about if other Sellers work on Guitars (most don't) and know how to set them up. Is the Neck straight, Truss-Rod functional, Fretboard clean? Are the Frets oxidized needing cleaned & polished, have dead frets or buzz that requires the frets to be leveled? Will the Strings be rusty or dead, needing a new set? And if it's a used Guitar, I'm sure you've found they usually arrive dusty, needing cleaning and require major tweaking just to be playable! Not this one! Also, will other Seller's description be as thorough as mine? Remember that you get what you pay for!This being said, I must also note: The Neck is perfectly straight, and it plays great, but I can't predict how you like your Guitar set up, so be advised that adjustments or a set-up to your preference "may" be required, and if you can't do it yourself, the costs associated with these adjustments should be expected. Also note that Guitars are made of Wood, and when in transit to you, temperature changes and/or Delivery Service Handling can affect my initial set-up, that again may require adjustments on your end. This is true of ANY Guitar shipped from an individual or from online Big-Box Stores.
