Description: I would venture to guess this hat is now a one of a kind at this point because there were NOT a lot of marketing or promo items made for the bowling proprietors association of America meetings anyway. This is from the expo meeting They hold in the summer and this particular one was held in Honolulu Hawaii from June 28 to July 2, 1994. King Louie is synonymous with bowling and they clearly were headline sponsor of the BPAA expo that year as they got their name on the hat. This particular hat is a classic 80s and 90s trucker hat with mesh in the back and foam in the front. The foam Had degraded so it was removed and there is currently a small piece of firm sponge, providing some structure to the hat, but some cardboard forms have been ordered and I will put those in there and add new photos when they arrive. Just wanted to get this listed before they came. The brim is flat, but that’s because I gently rinsed it and put it in a hat form, but it could certainly be curved a bit if the new owner wanted to wear the hat as opposed to display it.
