This listing is for an Antique RARE Historical Staffordshire Blue Sugar Bowl Rural Colonial or English Scene with man courting lady and presenting her with bird in a birdcage and church in background makes me think it is possibly an American colonial scene 1840's Era and displays great with deep blue color and the lid is excellent with no chips or flakes or hairlines , the bowl is excellent with no chips or flakes or hairlines except for two small flakes under the base, see photos for condition or ask question.
