This is Radnor part 17V-12-R and includes the TIG Torch, 12.5' Rubber Hose, Power Cable Adapter, valve and the original cardboard Box. Made in USAI'm selling this as used however I don't believe this has ever been in service (see pictures). No engravings or owners marks. I will combine shipping with my other items whenever possible.
