Insurance is covered on us! We do offer free pick-up for paid items in the Denver metro area. Condition:This amp is in "Very Good" condition with some signs of use and a nice, clean front panel. Aside from a few minor scuffs to the lid, the only other thing worth mentioning is some scuffs and several tiny nicks to the front panel, some too faint to be seen well in the pics. All the original feet are present and complete as is the attached AC Cord. The manual has gone missing but no worries, it can be found online or we will send you the PDF file directly on request. All comes in the pictured generic box with custom Styrofoam packaging. Please inspect the pictures thoroughly for actual condition. Service:On inspection this unit was working, but after testing so many of these Niles we have found many that have had rear panel controls that needed attention, so now all go to our tech for service. All switches & pots were cleaned internally with Specialist Contact Cleaner (proven superior to DeoxIT by our customers), while those with special needs receive the less aggressive DeoxIT F-5. While open, all electrolytic caps were inspected for bulging or leakage and all PC boards were inspected with all questionable solder joints re-flowed. It's this kind of preventative servicing that makes it smart to buy from a company with an experienced, in-house technician.Testing:We set this up on our test bench and it passed with flying colors! It powered right up, pumping out a clear, distortion-free audio from all channels with no hum or buzz! All rear-panel controls and features work correctly.
