Packaging: -For PWE the card is packed in a penny sleeve, semi ridged, and team bag. The card is secured in the envelope with painters tape and protected on all sides. -For USPS Ground Advantage the card is in a penny sleeve, semi ridged, team bag, protected on both sides with Ding Defender and put in single or double bubble mailers. -There is a package slip included in every order Shipping: Most cards under $20 will ship with tracking via eBay Standard Envelope. Factory sealed packs, and any card over $20 will ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Handling: I ship all orders either same day of purchase or next. If you purchase more than one order I can combine the cards to reduce shipping costs. Returns: I generally don't accept returns. All cards are sold in the condition indicated in the listing. An ungraded card sold as "near mint or better" means that the card should receive a grade of 8 or better.
