Everything ships Media Mail unless otherwise requested. The CD is visually inspected and graded. I grade my CD's in reference to the Goldmine Standard of Grading. Scuffs usually don't effect playback, but if a disc is excessively scuffed or has a scratch, I run a disc scan on it to check for errors. Also playback is very hardware dependent. Just because a CD plays on one system doesn't mean it will play on another. For example it might play fine in your stereo but may have problems in your car.
