Description: Bought to wear at one party and been in storage since. Made by Pleaser, these are 'patent leather' or PVC thigh boots. Heel is just under 4" tall, shaft (from heel up the back) is 24". Floor to top of boot is 29". These have zippers up the inside of the legs. Some minor scuffs from storage, and a little bit of peeling at the bottom back seam on one boot. See pics. Size 9 These will be folded or rolled to fit into a smaller box to reduce shipping cost.
