Description: Phil Ponder Framed Signed Nashville Art Skyline, Two Rivers Mansion, Parthenon East. Both are in matching wood frames that have areas of small chips and wear on corners and sides. I took lots of photos so please examine. They match with double matting tan over burgundy. Both have glass that is in good shape. Color is good on all. Minimal fading etc. The Skyline is the larger one. Overall measurements are 26 wide x 16 high. The print itself not including mat is approx 19.5 wide x 9.5 high. Signed in pencil by Phil ponder on left bottom . Smaller frame contains the two other prints. Two Rivers Mansion and Parthenon east. Overall measurements are 1 wide x 16 high.. These are 6 wide x 4.25 high. That's the mat opening. Actually print is slightly larger. These do not have the additional pencil signature. Just the right side.
