Description: A hand thrown rustic glazed confit pot that has come from a home in France. It dates from the 19th century and shows its age beautifully with some nibbles and wear to the glaze. Originally made for use as a confit pot within the home, it has a half glazed outer and fully glazed inner in a creamy yellow ochre shade. These are great decorative pieces within the home, or as small pots for flowers (using a jam jar within to hold water). These smaller pots are highly collectible and very difficult to find. We have three available, priced individually in our shop. Please note this listing is for one pot. 5.5"W x 4.36"H
